Collect and manage member feedback with categories, voting, and staff review workflows.
Collecting feedback
Members submit feedback via a Discord button or the /feedback command. Each submission goes into a category queue visible in the dashboard. Staff can review, respond, and close submissions.
Voting
Optionally allow members to upvote or downvote feedback posts. Sort by votes in the dashboard to see what your community cares most about.
Status updates
Mark feedback as Under review, Planned, In progress, or Closed. Members who submitted the feedback see the status update in Discord.
