Tickets
A full support ticket system with categories, staff claim, transcripts, SLAs, and Discord slash command integration.
How it works
Members open tickets by clicking a button on a panel you create. Each ticket gets its own private Discord channel. Staff can claim, respond, and close tickets from both Discord and the dashboard.
Setting up categories
Go to Tickets → Categories and create your first category. Give it a name (e.g. 'Support', 'Bug Report'), assign a staff role that can see it, and optionally set a custom introduction message. Tickets inherit settings from their category.
Creating a panel
Go to Tickets → Panels, click New panel, and pick a channel. The bot will post a message with a button. Members click the button to open a ticket in their selected category. You can create multiple panels for different areas of your server.
SLAs and auto-close (Pro)
Pro workspaces can set SLA targets per category — for example, 'respond within 2 hours'. The dashboard shows overdue tickets. Auto-close will close inactive tickets after a configurable time and send a summary transcript.
Transcripts and exports
Every closed ticket generates an HTML transcript accessible from the dashboard. Share a public link with the member or export as JSON for your own records. Transcripts include all messages, staff notes, and timeline events.
